Though I have a similar reaction to Craigslist, and it’s hard to argue that the site WORKS. Though if you are going to judge the guy, probably best to judge him on his biz site ( http://www.nngroup.com/ ).

I really think he takes the usability “religion” way too far… But he still has some damn good points.
