Hi,
I need help on finding out how to own/Patent my deceased daughters name due to the fact people are now making money off her due to the fact on how she died.I don’t know these people and neither did she and after she died is when she became pretty famous since it was all over the news when it happened and has continued on since, in fact I just came back from LA to do an interview about her and what I am trying to do Nationally. I have bought a few domain names but haven’t set the sites up yet, will be working on that very soon.
