I make no bones about the fact that I'm not a stellar photographer. I try to make up for it by going to particularly photogenic destinations and keeping my own mug out of the photos as much as possible.
I keep my photos on Flickr (recently purchased by Yahoo), which has some great utilities to upload and manage photos online (and gives me one less web application to maintain).
